| Pastor Morgan came to WFC in December of 2000 responding to God’s call to lead its mission to “take hope and wholeness to the people of Wichita and the world in the name of Jesus.” |

| After serving as staff minister in Chicago, Illinois and Garden City, Kansas, and Senior Pastor in Louisville, Kentucky, Jefferson, Ohio, and Newton, Kansas, he now serves as WFC’s spiritual leader. Preparation for that role came from growing up in a family that influenced him for God and for good; an education that provided tools through which God could work and a relationship with Jesus Christ that is real, growing and framed in a desire that the love of God, through Jesus Christ, form and inform all aspects of his life. To be a Servant/Leader who faithfully and effectively preaches the Word of God, prays for and helps equip the people of God for ministry motivates his style. He wants to lead by example and come alongside those who desire to be God’s people who meet the challenges of ministering in this day. The excitement of call, the joy of serving God and the thrill of seeing people respond make this ministry challenging and rewarding. |
